VivaTechnology 2024, held in Paris, once again brought together the brightest minds and the most influential companies in technology and innovation.
This major European event provided an exceptional platform for idea exchange, technology demonstrations, and professional networking.
Thousands of visitors flocked to discover the latest innovations and attend inspiring conferences.

DuckTheLine had the honor of participating once again in VivaTechnology 2024, thereby marking our ongoing presence and commitment to innovation. Our solution played a crucial role in queue management, enabling exhibitors to manage the lines for their activities and allowing visitors to fully enjoy the event without the constraints of long physical waits.

Since three years
For the third consecutive year, DuckTheLine has collaborated with Meta to manage the queues for their “fitness,” “gaming,” and their collaboration with Porsche activities.
Meta’s booth was once again one of the highlights of VivaTech, attracting enthusiastic crowds.
Thanks to DuckTheLine, visitors were able to register virtually and organize their time efficiently, thereby reducing physical queues and enhancing the overall experience.
This year, DuckTheLine also had the pleasure of collaborating with new partners such as EY to coordinate group workshops and individual demonstrations. Our new clients’ booths benefited from optimized visitor flow management, allowing everyone to enjoy an interactive and well-organized experience.
Our queue management system enabled precise scheduling and transparent communication, ensuring that each participant could attend their chosen sessions without stress or confusion.

The implementation of DuckTheLine as a virtual queue management system brought numerous advantages for exhibitors, organizers, and visitors.
Advantages
For exhibitors, managing visitor flow is made easier, avoiding congestion and allowing better interaction with each participant. Virtual queue systems provide valuable data on visitor numbers, average waiting times, and peak hours, helping exhibitors optimize their demonstrations. As a result, this leads to increased visitor engagement, enabling exhibitors to focus on showcasing their products or services under better conditions. Knowing in advance the expected number of participants for each activity also allows exhibitors to better organize their human and material resources.
For organizers, this solution improves the overall participant experience, increasing satisfaction and enhancing the event’s reputation. Managing crowd flow reduces congestion points, improving event safety and logistics. The data collected through our system offers valuable insights to improve the planning and organization of future editions. Finally, by facilitating visitor management for exhibitors, organizers increase their satisfaction, encouraging their participation and contributing to the overall success of VivaTechnology 2024.
For visitors, this solution provides valuable time savings by allowing virtual registration. They can thus use their time efficiently to explore other parts of the event without having to physically remain in a queue. This approach enhances the overall experience by reducing fatigue and stress associated with long waits. Additionally, it offers greater flexibility by allowing visitors to plan their day and participate in multiple activities while being informed in real time about availability. DuckTheLine also ensures fairer access to popular activities, preventing some individuals from monopolizing spots by physically staying in line.
Team words
VivaTech 2024 was a memorable edition, full of discoveries and fruitful collaborations. We look forward to coming back even stronger next year, with new innovations and ever more exciting partnerships. Thanks to everyone, and see you soon for VivaTech 2025!
